Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are asking all clients to be aware of the following measures our staff is taking to ensure that everyone’s health and safety during this time is addressed and your pets are still able to receive quality care in the event of an emergency.

We kindly ask all clients to note the following in order to better serve you:

  • Please call 604-321-8080 ahead and let us know you are coming. When your arrive, please call from the parking lot and one of our staff will assist you. You will be given an Intake Sheet (for new clients) and you will handover the pet to us. The pet’s history will be taken over the phone. One of our dedicated staff (with full covering and safety measures) will be communicating with you.
  • Doors will be locked at all times and one patient at a time will be inside.
  • Clients are to wait in the parking lot if non-emergency.
  • Emergency clients will be seen right away.
  • Our staff must wear masks and gloves at all times while working in the hospital.
  • The general distancing of a minimum of 2 meters is requested.
  • Owners are not permitted to stay on-premises at all, they must wait outside in the parking lot in their car.
  • We are only accepting payment via either E-Transfer or by card using our wireless terminal.
